Psalmist, Writer, Author, Actress, Preacher, and National recording artist Jazmine Lynn Jones has been singing since the tender age of 2 years old. She started singing at her grandparents’ church Evidence Christian Center located in Harvey IL. Jazmine's first time singing in front of a crowd was at her kindergarten graduation where she sang "Let there be Peace on Earth" by Elvis Presley. From then on out Jazmine was entered into Pageants (American Girl) which she was 2 points from winning the pageant. She has participated in many talent shows and auditions such as; Star Search, Apollo, American Idol, Sunday's Best, Glee and The Voice! Jazmine has also been nominated for awards such as "Praise and Worship Artist of the Year" (Chicago Gospel Music Awards), Contemporary Song of the year, Urban Contemporary Female Vocalist, and Youth Young Adult Artist of the Year (Rhythm of Gospel Awards in Memphis Tennessee).
Jazmine recorded her first Live Recording September 26, 2014 entitled: "The Birthing" which is set to release before Fall 2018. Her debut single "Higher" (2014) and a 2nd single "Show Me the Way" (2016) are both available on iTunes and through all other digital distributors.
Jazmine has also traveled and sung across the nations with many great ministries such as; Walt Whitman and the Soul Children of Chicago, Adrian B. King, Maurice Griffin Ministries, and currently one of the lead singers for Dexter Walker and Zion Movement just to name a few. She's unique in style and flair, and ready to reach the nations with the gifts God has given her to change the world!
